The Purchaser expressly declares that the goods are not for commercial or professional use.
DEFINITION OF CONTRACT - IDENTIFICATION OF SUPPLIER
This contract is governed by Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments. The contract concerns the sale of the "Acqua degli Dei" products between the distributing company Acqua degli Dei Srl (SUPPLIER), with registered office in Viale Giuseppe Berto Snc Ricadi 89866 (VV), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Vibo Valentia no. REA VV - 174985 CF / IVA 03647580798 hereinafter referred to as "Pubblicom sas", certified email acquadeglidei@pec.it and the "PURCHASER" (hereinafter referred to as "CUSTOMER"). The term "Purchaser" means the consumer who is the physical person who makes the purchase, as per this contract, for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.
The customer is responsible for all data provided in the order form. Acqua degli Dei is not responsible for incorrect data provided. The delivery date and the signature indicated by the shipper will prevail between the parties.
NATURE OF THE CONTRACT
With this contract, respectively, Acqua degli Dei Srl sells and the customer digitally purchases at a distance the Acqua degli Dei products indicated and offered for sale on the website shop.acquadeglidei.it. Products can also be purchased on request via email or telephone.The products are presented on the web page shop.acquadeglidei.it
METHODS OF SALE, ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT, CONCLUSION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTRACT
The contract between Acqua degli Dei Srl and the customer is implemented exclusively through the internet where the customer accesses the website shop.acquadeglidei.it, follows the procedures indicated therein and confirms the purchase. The purchase contract is concluded by precisely completing the application form and the consent to the purchase manifested through the adherence sent online or by completing the form/questionnaire and the subsequent submission of the form/questionnaire itself. These actions are always preceded by viewing a printable order summary web page containing the details of the order and the purchaser, the price of the goods purchased, shipping costs and any additional charges, payment methods and terms as well as the shipping address. By way of order confirmation, Publicom sas sends an email or displays a web page which confirms and summarises the order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Accepted methods of payment:
- bank transfer in advance (the destination iban code will be indicated if you chose this method);
- purchase via the Paypal platform (and the relevant accepted circuits).
PRICES
The sales prices of the products indicated on the website on the following page shop.acquadeglidei.it include VAT and are in euros. Shipping costs are indicated in the appropriate section in the electronic shopping cart and vary depending on the type of shipment. The shipping costs to be added to the price of the products are presented in the order summary web page and indicated before the order is confirmed by the purchaser.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Pubblicom sas will accept customers' orders according to available product stocks. Acqua degli Dei Srl commits to notifying any stock depletion status to the customer via email or telephone call.
DELIVERY TERMS AND METHODS
Products are delivered by SDA express courier to the address indicated by the customer within 10 days in Italy, within 20 days in European countries and within 30 days in extra-European countries. The elapsed time is counted from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
CORRESPONDENCE AND COMPLAINTS
Written correspondence to Acqua degli Dei Srl and any complaints will be considered valid only if sent by email to ordini@acquadeglidei.it or via the Customer Care page of the website shop.acquadeglidei.it. The customer must indicate his/her residence or domicile, telephone number or email address at which he/she wishes to receive notices from Pubblicom sas.
WARRANTIES AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
Products purchased by our customers are subject to the legal provisions governing consumer goods warranties and aftersales assistance.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), then he/she has the right in all cases to withdraw from the contract within the period of 14 (fourteen) working days, starting from the day of receipt of the goods purchased. Customers who avail themselves of the right of withdrawal must inform the seller by registered letter with proof of receipt to the address:

or by email to ordini@acquadeglidei.it, provided that such notices are confirmed by sending a registered letter with proof of receipt within 48 (forty eight) hours or by certified email to the address acquadeglidei@pec.it.
For the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchased goods themselves may be returned as an alternative to advising the withdrawal notice, provided that this occurs according to the same terms. The parties agree that the valid dispatch date is that of delivery to the post office or courier.
Acqua degli Dei Srl will promptly instruct the customer on how to return the goods to Pubblicom sas within 10 days from the date of their receipt by the customer.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
the right does not apply to products which have been used;
The only costs payable by the consumer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to Acqua degli Dei Srl who will provide free reimbursement, by bank transfer, of the full amount paid by the customer within the period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal. In this case, the customer shall promptly provide the details of the bank to which the transfer is to be made (the bank code - branch number - Current Account of the person named on the invoice). On receipt of the Purchaser's notice of withdrawal, the Parties in this agreement are absolved of mutual obligations, except as provided for in the previous points of this clause.
The delivery of returned goods is under the responsibility of the customer until the certified receipt in our warehouse;
The purchased goods subject to return must be intact and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts;
Should returned goods be damaged during transport, Acqua degli Dei Srl will notify the customer of the event (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in stores) to allow the customer to promptly report the event to the chosen courier and obtain a refund of the relevant value (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available for return to the customer and the request for withdrawal shall be simultaneously cancelled;
Acqua degli Dei Srl is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Upon arrival, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport and may decide to withhold up to a maximum of 10% of the value of the goods for any damage to the same.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of the integrity of the goods (packaging and/or contents), in cases where Acqua degli Dei Srl ascertains the damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the event of lapse of the right to withdrawal, Pubblicom sas will return the purchased goods to the customer and charge the relevant shipping costs.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer declares to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Italian Consumer Code, to be of age and that the personal details provided by the same for the execution of the contract are true and correct. Prior to confirmation of purchase, the information contained in this contract is declared to have been viewed and accepted by the customer, the relevant acknowledgement being a mandatory step.

Personal data is processed in full compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protection of privacy and in respect of our customer' rights. Data collected through our website is necessary for the fulfilment of orders or for the completion of tax formalities, and for any correspondence with customers. In no case shall personal data be shared with third parties except as may be prescribed by judicial or fiscal authorities. Only anonymous and aggregated data may be divulged externally, in a manner which prevents traceability of individual customers.
Once registered, personal data may be viewed and modified by entering the dedicated website area and following the screen instructions therein. It is also possible to request the complete cancellation of the account.
In accepting the registration conditions on the website, customers agree to receiving occasional sms or newsletter correspondence from Acqua degli Dei Srl Customers may always exercise the rights referenced in Article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, such as, by way of example, the cancellation, updating, correction or integration of personal data by sending an email to info@acquadeglidei.it
JURISDICTION
This Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation or violation of the contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Vibo Valentia.
