METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can pay by card credit or PayPal or by bank transfer, always indicating the reason for the order number.
By purchasing with a credit card the shipping process is longer fast, while via bank transfer you must wait for credit on
bank account.

SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY TERMS AND METHODS

Products are delivered by SDA express courier to the address indicated by the customer within 5 days in Italy, within 7/10 days in European countries and within 30 days in extra-European countries. The elapsed time is counted from the date of conclusion of the Contract.

You will receive an email with the order summary and we will notify you as soon as your order has been collected by the courier.

If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, please make your payment indicating the order ID as the object of payment. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our bank account.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
In Italy, shipping costs are free for all orders over €65. If the order is smaller the cost is €5. Abroad, in Europe, they are free for orders over €100, otherwise the cost is €15. We also ship to other parts of the world, such as the United States, Canada, Australia. Shipping costs vary in this case based on the countries. By going to the cart in the purchase process you can see the shipping costs for each individual country.

IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER COMPLETES THE ORDER BUT MAKES OR MISTAKES SOME DATA WHAT CAN YOU DO?
If you notice the error, you can contact our numbers on the acquadeglidei.it website, or write an e-mail to ordini@acqua glidei.it, indicating the number
of the order to be corrected. Can it also happens that the customer do not notice some errors (post code or incomplete routes): will be in this case we are happy to contact you so that everything goes well good ending.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE ONE GIFT BOX?

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MINE ARRIVES ORDER?
